078: Chris Peichoto, Marine Combat Veteran, Bull Fighter

Posted by Michael J. Penney on

Chris Peichoto joins Michael and Sebastian on this episode of Cigars and Sea Stories. Chris is a 3/7 Weapons Marine who served with Michael and Juslin in Ramadi.

After Chris got out of the Corps in '07, he embraced his Portugese roots and started fighting bulls to help him transition to civilian life.  (That’ll help ya blow off some steam) He's been fighting them ever since. Chris participates in the Portugese style where the bull is not killed as part of the contest, but is symbolically grabbed by eightmen; including Chris. This represents the bull's death. Before being escorted from the arena.

When he’s not fighting bulls, Chris works on his family goat farm. For a steady paycheck, he works in sales with electrical distributor.
